For a unique missions team, we have sought out and partnered with a creative and accomplished group of individuals. Our team consists of the best and brightest with a diverse set of skills, talents, and passions but most of all, a heart to serve.
As the Senior Pastor and Founder of Corona Church of the Open Door (CCOD), I embarked on a journey of faith in 1998. My family and I relocated to Corona, California, driven by a divine vision to establish a transformative ministry that transcends conventional religious norms. The path of Corona Church of the Open Door crystallized when community members requested Bible study sessions from me. In 2000, I embraced my purpose and joined the teaching ministry within the body of Christ. By 2002, a pivotal year, I began a Bible study group with 12 members, laying the foundation for the birth of Corona Church of the Open Door in 2003.
Today, my leadership thrives within an unconventional church setting, guided by a multicultural mission and vision. Throughout the years, both CCOD and I have remained devoted to embodying the love and teachings of Jesus Christ. We passionately concentrate our efforts on community empowerment and catering to the underserved, both locally and globally. Our commitment is evident through numerous outreach initiatives held in Corona, Norco, and our collaborations with missions spanning major cities and countries. My heart's desire is for people to encounter the boundless love of Christ, find connection within a supportive community, and be equipped to fulfill God's purpose.
Equipped with my graduation from the Cottonwood School of Ministry, my wife and I lead the next generation through weekly teachings and connect groups, fostering spiritual growth and unity.
Pastor Fred Griffin
Karin Griffin is an international speaker, teacher and life coach. As a wife, mother, grandmother and successful business woman, she identifies and understands life's daily challenges that are common among women from all walks of life. Her life’s work is to help women identify, develop and pursue their God given purpose. She is a powerhouse and is often asked to speak from the stage to the hearts of women. Her selfless approach to creating programs, events, and resources has impacted the lives of many. She is a mentor to many and desires to leave a legacy with her husband for years to come
Karin is a graduate of Cottonwood Christian Center School of Ministry. She loves to study the word of God and has a unique life-applicable, realistic approach to preaching and teaching the word with love, laughter, power and authority.

My name is Johnetra Bailey and I’m a makeup artist, creative director, and an educator. I love empowering and guiding others to life transformation. I live in New Orleans with my husband, Jerome Bailey, and together we love to build out visions and see revival happen in the ministries, businesses, and lives of others.

My name is Carolyn Pandy. I am a wife, mother and grandmother to two adorable boys. I recently retired from the City of L.A. with 34 years of service. I love helping others, enjoy traveling, spending time with the family and have a passion for reading. For the past 17 years I’ve been the President of the “Brown Sista’s Bookclub”.

Jerome Bailey Jr. is a creative journalist, international speaker and author. He loves to tell stories and share the art of storytelling. He lives in New Orleans with his wife Johnetra and together they are fully committed to helping individuals experience spiritual revival in their lives.

Hello my name is Carla Rogel, I've been a member at Open Door Church for 6 years now. During that time I've been able to glean from my amazing Pastor's Fred and Karin Griffin. I'm am currently serving as our Missions Director at Open Door Church. My journey with missions began my sophomore year in college while I was working on my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies at California Baptist University. Since then I have been on six missions trips and out of those trips I have lead five teams. With these teams I traveled to Central Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe. I've been able to serve different communities while also sharing the gospel.
Currently I am working on my Master's in Education in hopes of becoming a Special Needs Teacher. I hope to continue teaching, leading, and serving God's people through all my days.

Audrey Jordan serves as Executive Director of Guest Services at Corona Church of the Open Door. Audrey has a heart to serve and is committed to pleasing God in every area of her ministry. She also serves on the Intercessory and Financial teams.

She absolutely loves helping people reach their full potential and supporting ministry leaders both nationally and internationally strategize and execute in their goals and passions. She is motivated by helping people reach their goals with charm, grace, and grit! Jakera is a listener and a doer. She seeks to understand the best ways to get phenomenal, unmatched results. With a creative eye, Jakera works with her team to deliver not only the results clients want but the results they need.

She is skilled in budget planning, event management, and strategic coordination, ensuring the success of every project she undertakes.
